Another one of my favourites that I’d thought had gone forever… blissed out Brummies Broadcast have announced a new mini-album, a collaborative effort with The Focus Group, aka Julian House, graphic designer and fellow library-music archaeologist.
The first snippets have been posted up on the Warp website, and the results sound promising indeed.

Forsooth! But The Domino website informs us it is indeed true that the line up of Mark Ibold, Scott “Spiral Stairs” Kannberg, Stephen Malkmus, Bob Nastanovich and Steve West is reuniting for dates around the world in 2010. Wonder if they fancy spinning a few records for us when they hit the Smoke. Watch this space.
